The Clout Cloud is the Powerhouse of Trending Music Related Content and Entertainment Scoops
Share on Facebook

The Clout Cloud is a rising platform taking the lead in bringing the hottest music news, concert events, and other entertainment scoops online to millennials and generation Z audiences. While the company’s online presence is skyrocketing, it’s endeavors go beyond the digital world with its growing network of real-life connections among famous music artists and more.

Founded by CEO Ilias Anwar in December 2017, The Cloud Cloud began as an Instagram page originally geared toward generation Z news, including information on cryptocurrency, sports, entertainment, and overall internet culture. As the brand took off, Ilias quickly saw how music content, especially hip-hop, kept audiences active and engaged. Since hip-hop is a huge passion for Ilias himself, he redesigned the brand to focus more on the latest music events, news, and scoops while, at the same time, providing viral, entertaining online content. The company is run by Ilias and his partner, Joe Ranney, who has brought additional connections to the brand. When asked to describe The Clout Cloud, Ilias said, “We are a fusion of WorldStarHipHop and Rolling Loud. We take some of the funniest videos and post it online for our viewers to see, while also keeping them up to date on entertainment news, upcoming rap-related events and future concerts/festivals we plan on throwing ourselves.”

For The Clout Cloud, music has opened several doors for opportunities across the D.C, Maryland and Virginia areas. It has covered live shows of famous personalities, including Meek Mill, Megan Thee Stallion, Rick Ross, Future, $not, MoneyBagg Yo, Key Glock, and more. Moreover, The Clout Cloud has worked alongside big names in the hip-hop industry such as Lil Yachty, DaBaby, PNB Rock, and Lil Baby through Ilias’ hustle and dedication to expanding.

What started as an empty Instagram page in Ilias Anwar’s college dorm room in Virginia Commonwealth University, has now turned into a rising entertainment hub nearing 100,000 followers. The company is also looking into investing deeper in the concert market in addition to covering viral music content. The Clout Cloud recently partnered with Heir Wave Music Group, a record label owned and operated by rap legend and CEO of G.O.O.D Music, Pusha T. The strategic partnership is for a live stream concert, streamable from the comfort of your own home this coming February. According to Chief Operating Officer Joe Ranney, the concert lineup and date will be officially announced, “Very soon.”

By highlighting rising musical talents and events in the spotlight for the world to see, The Clout Cloud hopes to serve as a unifying force of good for those who are dedicated to music and entertainment. The company plans to produce a major hip-hop music festival in the near future. When asked about the company’s goals, Joe Ranney said, “We want to supply our diverse fan base with enjoyable hip hop experiences, big or small. Whether that be as small as an informative post to something as large as The Clout Cloud’s goal: to create a high-profile, large-scale hip hop music festival with the biggest names in rap. Making money is not our priority; it is providing worthwhile experiences.”
