Inspired by the Famous Mythology of Medusa, Moondusa NFT Is Set to Conquer the Industry
Share on Facebook

The timeless tale of Medusa has been a prominent staple in the world of mythology. She is a character that has been adapted in a multitude of ways, and now the character is making its way to the world of NFTs with an inspired collection of unique digital art pieces called Moondusa. With a variety of NFTs coming out of the woodwork, Moondusa separates itself as a powerhouse in the industry through innovative storytelling and a unique art style.

The Moondusa token is filled with rich lore that fans of mythology will greatly appreciate. The story begins 8,888 B.C., where Medusa and the Greek god of space Aethers meet. They battle on Selene, which is now what we call the Moon. Each of them led their own armies into battle for what seemed to be an eternity. None of them were inclined to concede victory, but they eventually fell madly in love with each other. Their story now continues with the creation of their beautiful Moondusa creatures, tokens that reflect the love between Medusa and Aethers that will stand the test of time.

“What separates Moondusa from almost all other projects is the fact that it’s completely original and extremely creative while still possessing many amazing utilities that will be launched accordingly with each Phase of the Moon Map,” explained its creators. “Moondusa isn’t just another rip-off of a previously popular project like 90% of the projects launching currently are. Not to mention the fact that our artwork is on a whole other level of quality compared to most if not all projects currently on the market,” they added.

Moondusa characters come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. The diverse digital art pieces have images with the iconic Medusa look with characters that have snakes as hair, but each of them comes in a unique variety of colors, from red to green, gold, black, purple, white, or even a combination of several colors. The exotic creatures come with a high fashion sense, sporting shiny accessories, unique tops and fashionable eyewear.

Some of the Moondusa tokens also feature character references as they depict several fictional characters and real-world people, such as Neo from “The Matrix.” Holders who are fans of the late NBA legend Kobe Bryant will also enjoy seeing a Moondusa character wearing a Lakers jersey bearing the iconic number 24 in honor of the late athlete.

Medusa has been historically canonized as a character that represented the wrath and rage of scorned women. She was famous for stopping anyone in their tracks due to her beauty, but even with these empowering qualities, she was regarded as someone who was ugly. Unbeknownst to many, her name actually means guardian or protector, which is a much more fitting title for the famed gorgon.

The Moondusa tokens represent a woman who is strong amidst trials, someone who takes challenges head-on, and someone who shows great promise and perseverance in the face of adversity. The collection is set to launch on November 12, 2021, at 2 PM EST.
